TALES OF SILVER CITY
Nuart are delighted to be premiering Tales of Silver City, an anthology of Aberdeen tales commissioned by Nuart curator Martyn Reed and shot and directed by Ukrainian filmmakers Kristina Borhes and Nazar Tymoshchuk during Nuart Aberdeen, at Aberdeen Art Gallery.

1UP CREW x AVINOR
For its 2019 edition, Nuart festival had the pleasure of hosting the world-famous graffiti crew; 1UP. The crew has been bombarding the streets of Berlin since the early 2000’s and have managed to walk a fine line, staying true to the roots of graffiti whilst also pushing the art form into ever more adventurous territory through a variety of interventions and more.

For the Nuart Festival 2019, the Spanish artist Julio Anaya Cabanding is recreating one of the national-romantic landscape paintings from Stavanger artist Lars Hertervig.
